The brief was clear and ambitious: to create a monumental open space that would surprise anyone who entered, while keeping a warm, welcoming and deeply Italian atmosphere.
In this villa on Lake Como, the kitchen finds its visual focus in the large lacquered central island. The eye rises towards the oval false ceiling, embellished with gilded mouldings and concealed LED light cuts, and towards the majestic lacquered coffered ceiling.
The project, signed by Martini Verona and made with Martini Interiors furniture, interprets the client’s wishes through proportions, finishes and details that give the rooms their character. The result is a refined and welcoming residence, in dialogue with nature and the lake landscape. This is our idea of bespoke.
